About Us

VES Model Convent is a unit of Tavarekere Vishal Education Society (R), located at Tavarekere, Magadi main road was founded in 1993 with the aim to impart good quality education and is committed deeply to the cause of education. The school has broken the confines of convention and has always been searching for breakthroughs to excel in the field of education.

The school aims to provide a supportive learning environment that will enable children to enjoy their learning years and help them to bring out their full potential.

The all round development of the child is the main focus of the school and we seek to accomplish this by providing an environment that is child friendly and conducive to the learning process.

We believe that every student has a unique personality that characterizes the totality of being a strong, disciplined individual. We expect each student to have a cheerful disposition, well-groomed and a desirable positive attitude. The curriculum facilitates to enhance and enrich students learning process by active involvement and systematic approach with diagnostic and formative assessments.

Importance of "Guru Shishya Parampara"
Imagination of the feeling of the mind becomes expression when exhibited as a piece of art, drawing, writing a poem, singing, dancing or writing. This imagination happens even in physically challenged people. The person who recognizes this expression or the latent talent ina child is a real teacher.
Then the teacher encourages, nurtures, and creates the thirst for knowledge in a student. This thirst can be evoked in any field like music, dance, art, sports or science. Then the student seek the teachers who enlighten in that field till he/she reaches the goal. This is a challenge for both teacher and student. This relationship is called "Guru Shishya Parampara" and the student reflects the teacher like an image in a mirror and the student identifies himself or belonging to that "Gothra" or that school of thought - VES
